“This is a long review but if you want the best for the sale of your home, please read this recommendation. When I was ready to sell our home I interviewed 5 agents from 5 different Real Estate companies. They all were knowledgeable, professional, and eager to do the very best for our sale. We selected Harlan and his team. That decision was a big one but wow did we get the right agent! I have sold a number of homes in my lifetime. I can honestly tell you that Harlan was and is the absolute best. He did the research, preparation, utilized his internal source for staging, and approached my sale as if it was his home. I strongly recommend that if you are selling your home, it’s in your best interest to contact Harlan and list your home with him. You will get the best price for your home and service available. “My husband and I bought our first home with the assistance of Harlan this past summer. Harlan is extremely responsive, impressively available, and very knowledgeable. As I moved to Williamson, NY from New Hampshire, he was a great asset in helping us to make the move smoothly. His follow-up after closing was also exceptional. The previous owners had left a lot of junk at the property, and Harlan provided not only a dumpster but also a handyman to remove items as we directed. In Harlan's description above, he states that over 92% of his business comes from referrals and past clients. “As first-time home buyers with a young family in the middle of a pandemic, my wife and I were naturally a little stressed about the house buying process. Yet from searching to submitting an offer to closing; Harlan's experience, contacts, and hospitality have been indispensable. We were fortunate to have someone with his level of knowledge work with us, and were very appreciative of his ability to navigate any issues we had during the closing process. What's especially impressive is how much he was able to pull off despite all the Covid-19 related restrictions in place. All in all, I cannot recommend Harlan enough!”

“My wife Michele and I have been living in Colorado for several years. Michele's old house in Rochester has been a somewhat difficult property for us to manage, and rent, during that time- and we finally decided we'd had enough of long-distance rental properties for a while. What to do? We reached out to 3 realtors in the Rochester market and gave them a phone interview. While we were happy with all the folks we spoke with, Harlan really stood out. He had the most experience, the greatest knowledge of our neighborhood, and a can-do attitude that really made us feel comfortable that he would be a reliable partner in selling our home quickly, and for the best price. I am a salesman, with a demanding clientele. While I do not consider myself a demanding client when I have the chance to switch teams- I do expect professionalism and prompt communication. Harlan met or exceeded every request- and he did it in a VERY timely way. Not a single call or text went unanswered, and everything that came up with the home was handled with excellent partners performing the repairs and upgrades, and a quick turn-around. It was fantastic. If you had told me prior to listing our home that the process could have gone this smoothly, I would never have believed you. We sold the home in one week- just as Harlan thought we could- and we got more than our asking price. Hard to top that- Choose Harlan with confidence! He is a consummate professional.
